We love our cacao ceremony before the Tuesday morning meditation class and Wednesday morning yoga class. The Guatemalan ceremonial grade cacao that we are importing and selling from Inner Guidance is deepening and expanding my daily personal practice, and I am delighted to be able to share this experience with you! Arrive for class half an hour early and drink a cup of cacao. It takes around 20-40 minutes to get fully into your system, so by the time we get started with our class this amazing facilitator will be opening your capillaries to allow more blood flow to your brain; thus your practice will go to the next level!
Cacao = £4
Yoga = £13
Meditation class = £8

Tommy Legge – Kundalini Yoga
Monday Evenings at Inner Guidance
Classes will include energising asanas, mantras, chanting, dancing, mudras, breath work, music and relaxation with a sublime gong bath. I recommend wearing loose, comfortable clothing. Come a few minutes early to get settled in, we start on time.
It is truly an honour to be starting classes at the wonderful Inner Guidance Retreat Centre. This space is perfect to practise pratyahar – the synchronising, analysing and totally shelling out of everything that does not serve you; allowing the praise of God through everything.
The technology of this ancient wisdom has been passed down to us to benefit our entire lives. Strengthening the nervous system, building the muscles, stimulating the circulation, cleansing the tissues, a new lifestyle, awakening the ten bodies and balancing our triangles to name a few aspects is exactly what is needed in the Aquarian age for the Aquarian being.
If you connect to this energy come tune into the Golden chain with me and discover how this yoga has dramatically changed my entire life and can do the same for you.
Drop in class or pm to discuss
Mats, bolsters, rugs, tea and water supplied
Bring no expectation, judgment or a belly full of food.

Fiona Dinning-Cole – Hatha Yoga
Two Wednesdays Per Month at Inner Guidance
Fiona will be taking over the Wednesday evening yoga class on our Mini-Retreats and addiction programme from next week, and locals are also invited to join our retreat guests for her class.
I started practicing yoga over 20 years ago after joining a class at my local leisure centre.
I fell instantly in love – mind, body & spirit. Over the years, I’ve experienced many different yoga classes, workshops & retreats including Ashtanga, Hatha, Bikram, Iyengar, Yin & HotBox – to name a few.
From each class I have taken something away that has benefitted me and my own practice.
Meditation has more recently become a deeper part of my daily practice and also with the classes that I teach. The more we are able to control the ‘whirlpools of the mind’, the greater our sense of peace and control.
The asanas (postures) we do in yoga are intended as preparation for meditation.
However today there can be a disconnect with yoga being seen as a way to keep fit or achieve greater flexibility and meditation seen as a strange practice something akin to levitation!
Meditation is the source that allows us to fulfil our true potential. By controlling our ‘whirlpools’ and being the master of our mood and direction – we can find peace and a joy that is life changing.
I am so excited to be teaching at Inner Guidance. I began attending classes with Jo when she and Dom moved to Lavenham and felt the peace of this wonderful house the moment I walked through the door.
It has never left me and I always feel a thrill when I attend a class, workshop or retreat here – I am connecting to all of the wonderful energy that has been shared in this special place.
I am looking forward to welcoming new and familiar faces.
My Tuesday class is Hatha based yoga with a beginning meditation and a deep relax to finish, perfect for nourishing, gently challenging and healing the body while reliving the stresses of the day and letting go.
I encourage you that whatever your ability, flexibility or state of mind – if you are ready to give yourself some love – come along.”
We look forward to seeing you!
