    Davina chose The Inner Guidance Holistic Retreat Centre, as it’s a dedicated peaceful space to unwind, reflect and re-balance. With a large studio looking out onto the beautiful calm countryside is an ideal place to teach Pilates, Yoga and Meditation. And the Suffolk countryside is an ideal place to experience Nordic Walking. The whole ambience of the house and surroundings is certainly going to help relax your mind and body to help you recharge your batteries.

    Davina has 19 years’ is experienced at teaching Pilates to many different clients and welcomes different levels and abilities. She demonstrates gradual progressions to the Pilates movements allowing everyone to work at their own level. There will be different types of Pilates classes including the use of balls and bands. Mel has 15 years’ experience in teaching Pilates and Nordic walking and will bring to the Retreat her Candle-late class which is a fusion of tai-chi, pilates and meditation.


    The fully-inclusive Pilates and Nordic Walking Retreat will include:

    Different types of flowing Pilates classes using small balls, bands and balance pads.

    Classes will include some relaxing Yoga Stretch poses to ensure a balanced body movement class

    Nordic Walking to Lavenham Village 

    Evening Mindfulness and Meditation Class 

    Full, healthy breakfasts

    Afternoon tea

    Two-course dinners

    Also an opportunity to book treatments with the in-house Angel’s therapists or simply take time to simply relax around your room and the grounds.


    Nutritious, delicious food – Clean-chef Dominic and his team will provide us with healthy, nourishing food throughout the retreat. Their fully-vegan style food is free from preservatives, wheat, gluten, sugar and dairy. All the food is cooked in coconut oil which has endless health benefits, and they pride themselves on showing us how tasty healthy food can be!
