What To Expect…
Mita has been interested in the practice of yoga, spirituality and healthy living since her youth. She graduated from Kings College, University of London, with a degree in Biochemistry and subsequently trained in Accountancy. Alongside her successful career in the City, she continued to study and practise yoga, meditation and health therapies and inspire those around her.
