    We will explore hatha yoga, meditation, spiritual inspiration, connecting with nature and more to renew our connection to our deeper self. These are wonderful tools for inner transformation helping us to deal with life in a more enlightened, integrated and joyful way.

    No matter what your experience, level of yoga, meditation or fitness is, this retreat is open to everyone. My aim is to meet you wherever you are and gently guide you towards your personal next steps towards ease and relaxation within yourself, bringing you closer to your true self. 

    This is your opportunity to boost your energy and calm your mind, improve flexibility and strength while having lots of fun and laughter with like minded guests. It is all about you!

    Mita has been interested in the practice of yoga, spirituality and healthy living since her youth. She graduated from Kings College, University of London, with a degree in Biochemistry and subsequently trained in Accountancy. Alongside her successful career in the City, she continued to study and practise yoga, meditation and health therapies and inspire those around her. 

    Mita qualified as a yoga teacher with the Vivekananda Yoga Research Foundation in Bangalore in 1992 and has been teaching ever since. She also teaches meditation techniques and is a qualified iRest Level 1 teacher. Mita’s teaching reflects her training and ongoing study and practise of various forms of Hatha and Classical Yoga, augmented through her own experience. 
    She teaches yoga as a transformative practice encouraging the individual to remain mindfully focused toward internal exploration and reminds them that their greatest teacher lies within.
