Practice 4 yoga sessions throughout the weekend, incorporating guided meditation, pranayama (breath work), Vinyasa Flow and Restorative yoga asana. Enjoy a 45 minute holistic treatment of your choice; holistic body massage, indian head massage, trigger point therapy and Reiki.
We will also be exploring the use of essential oils and how they can support our practice and our lives at different times. You’ll have free time to enjoy time alone or with other retreaters, explore the greenery of Lavenham on a walk or chill out on the sun loungers at the wonderful retreat centre. All welcome.
