Friday 20th to Sunday 22nd February
with Jo Betts
Winter can be tough so why not treat yourself or a loved one to this unique experience.
“I am delighted to be offering a three day immersive, mid-winter retreat in beautiful rural Suffolk. This is an opportunity for anyone wishing to take some time out to relax, unwind and recharge.”
Morning asana practice will be invigorating and refreshing. An up lifting practice which will bring us into the present moment and ready for the day. Gentle heart and steady mind.
Guest speaker, Andrea Caroll Langham, Functional Nutritional Therapist and NLP practitioner will be with us on Saturday. She will be giving a workshop on how to manage the highs and lows we can encounter daily with fluctuating energy levels.
On Sunday guest speaker Andrew Sissons, member of the ‘School of Philosophy’ will be giving a lecture on some of the key concepts surrounding Yoga philosophy.
In the evening we will gently ride on the rhythm of the breath as we move into a slow deep practice. We will be exploring our own limitations and stretch beyond our own preconceived boundaries with grace and ease.
Together we will have a chance to observe the fluctuating tides of our being and discover ways to harness the ever roaming mind, through the use of meditation, pranayama and mantra.
“I look forward to this very special weekend with you all”
